Who we are
Independent Roof Survey carries out roof surveys and roof inspections across London and the South East. We have more than 20 years’ experience, we’ve completed more than 5,000 surveys, and 98% of our customers say they’re satisfied.
Our focus is the survey and the report. You get an independent account of what we found on your roof, with photographs and written recommendations, so you can make decisions with the facts in front of you, whether you’re buying a home, chasing a leak, managing a building or dealing with storm damage.
How we survey
- We inspect what can be seen safely: from the ground, from windows and vantage points, from the loft where there’s safe access, from the roof where it’s safe, and by drone where applicable.
- We use drones and thermal imaging, plus moisture detection in the Standard Survey.
- We’re a CAA-registered drone operator (Flyer ID and Operator ID), flying a sub-250g drone.
- We say clearly what a survey can and can’t tell you.
Insurance
We hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
When we work
We carry out surveys on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Phone lines: Mon–Fri 7:30am–9:30pm, Sat 7:30am–7pm, Sun 9am–5pm.
