Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time. The information on this site is general information about roofs and roof surveys. It isn’t legal, financial or insurance advice, and it isn’t a substitute for a survey of your own property.

Our surveys in brief

• Our surveys are visual and non-intrusive. We inspect what can be seen safely: from the ground, from windows and vantage points, from the roof space where there’s safe access, from the roof where it’s safe, and by drone where applicable.
• We don’t open up coverings, walls or finishes, so hidden parts can’t be inspected.
• A survey isn’t a RICS Level 2 or Level 3 survey, a structural engineer’s report or an asbestos survey, and it isn’t a promise that the roof won’t leak. Insurers make their own decisions on claims.
• The report records the condition of the roof on the day of the survey.
• Prices include VAT and are shown as “from” prices. We confirm the price before booking.
